I've lived and worked on Cleveland's East Side my entire career. I started in construction and remodeling, which gave me a ground-level understanding of what homes in this area are really worth — and what they cost to fix.
Over the years, I kept running into the same situation: homeowners who needed to sell quickly, but didn't have the time, money, or energy for the traditional listing process. They didn't need an agent. They needed a solution.
